Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed and shipped from our US warehouse within 48 business hours (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship exclusively to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) via:
- Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days | Free on orders over $75 | $4.99 for orders under $75
- Carriers: USPS, FedEx, or UPS (we select the most efficient carrier for your location)
We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
3. Shipping Location
All orders ship from our fulfillment center at 8291 Milliken Ave, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730, USA.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Track your order at any time via your WREAGD account or the carrier's website.
5. Order Modifications & Cancellations
- You may modify or cancel your order before it ships by contacting support@wreagd.com.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
6. Shipping Costs
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $75.
- $4.99 flat rate for orders under $75.
- All prices are in USD and include all applicable US sales tax (where required).
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may reship your order or issue a refund.
