1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused, undamaged items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Final sale / clearance items
  • Used, worn, or damaged items
  • Items without original packaging or tags

3. How to Return

  1. Contact support@wreagd.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Include your order number and reason for return.
  3. Ship the item to:

  4. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or incorrect items: We cover return shipping (we will provide a prepaid label).
  • Customer-initiated returns (change of mind, size issues): Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item (5–7 business days), we will process a refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds typically take 3–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different size/color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
